(a start-up focused on manufacturing of bifacial solar cells and modules) and Founder of Lean & Green, LLC which is focused on business solutions implementing and integrating Lean Six Sigma with a Sustainable approach by reducing "all" waste and applying new initiatives leveraging renewable energy. Rudy Magasrevy adds value, leadership and entrepreneurship by contributing more than 23 years of experience in international business management, lean sigma manufacturing operations, strategic planning, business development, technical sales & marketing, risk management and capital project management, including assignments in Asia and South America. He was recruited to join the team of Gamma Solar as a co-founder and has worked fulltime to launch the company since its inception 3 years ago. Mr. Magasrevy has led the establishment of the Gamma Solar organization to be a leading edge innovation company focused on leveraging its intellectual property and management team to manufacture high-efficiency crystalline silicon bifacial photovoltaic solar cells and modules. He has been instrumental in crafting strategic relationships with China Power Investments, Morgan Crucibles and Hyundai Enertec for potential joint venture agreements to license the Gamma Solar bifacial technology. Rudy has also been key in the preparation and filing of patents to secure Gamma Solar’s intellectual property. Additionally, he has promoted and established the Gamma Solar brand which has resulted in strategic relationships with existing and target customers, as well as, visibility within the investment community. Rudy has been doing the road show nationwide and presented to investors: VCs, PEs & Angel Networks, including at Clean Tech investment forums. Previously to Gamma Solar, Rudy was promoted and relocated to Shanghai - China as Director of Operations for the region to work together with the executive team to transform the organization by integrating the acquisition of five independent joint-ventures and a sixth wholly owned company into a world class business. Beforehand, Rudy had 7 yrs of experience as a Change Agent driving Global Integration of the Company. Starting as a Project Manager of major capital projects, he was promoted to become Global Operations Systems Manager in charged of implementing a Global Management System that incorporated Lean Six Sigma, Quality, EH&S, Benchmarking, Capital investment ROI and Risk management driving the yearly global business objectives worldwide in over 20 countries and more than 40 sites. Organizational culture change and optimization covered the complete scope of operations and activities, including Sales/Marketing, ERP, Purchasing, Back office, Logistics, Finance/Accounting working capital, Profits and IRR, KPI (key process indicators), etc. Therefore, the approach was a holistic view of the company's worldwide foot print to maximize the profitability, customer service and cash generation by scrutinizing every area of the business and proactively involving the stakeholders creating a culture of accountability with a reward system. |
